It's been a few years since we've been to Founders. It's changed quite a bit. Really miss the old vibe and wait staff. Tried their new smash burgers and they can hold their own. A triple smash! Give it go. No new brews however. Founders has a rather large list of options. Tried the new NA and didn't care for it at all.
Half a sandwich with a bowl of chili and a Founders Shandy. Blushing Monk cranberry chicken salad. Bowl of chili. Square cheese curds that they made. Super friendly staff. We will be back
OH MY GOODNESS! the beer cheese here is revolutionary. I will come here to JUST have an app of the beer cheese with the pretzel. it's something that I consistently think about no matter the time of day and I would eat it for every possible meal I could, if they became a brewery specifically just for beer cheese I would APPLAUD that.
