Adult Scream flavor is bomb!!
Love this place.
Also….. the service has been great. The crowds come in waves, and I’ve seen it go from empty to a line out the door, in just a few minutes. The staff always handles it well.
love their peanut butter oreo ice cream! definitely a bit pricey but their waffle cones are so good. i remember really liking their plain lemon ice cream too but they haven't had it in a while. nice little back courtyard to enjoy ice cream in the shade
Great ice cream and unique flavors
Some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Peanut butter Oreo was delicious!
Best ice cream in town made by fantastic people who love and care for their community!
This is easily the best ice cream place in town. Their flavors are amazing!
my shake was okay, i asked a question because it was my first time there and the worker was super rude to me. you don't know what's going on in peoples lives, you shouldn't be rude to anyone, this service was not good at all.
great ice cream spot with lots of great options and flavors! GF and DF options as well
I think there’s actually magic in their ice cream; it’s so good that it has ruined getting ice cream at any other shop for me because it just doesn’t hit the same spot! The rotating original flavors are awesome- don’t be afraid to try some of the odder sounding ones, some of those have blown my mind!
I used to come here often, because the ice cream is outstanding. However, today I left disappointed. For a single scoop that’s nearly $5, I got the smallest portion of ice cream, as pictured with the spoon for reference. It seems like they are trying to maximize profits at expense of the customers, as they also charge 25 cents for a cup lid and strictly limit to 2 samples per customer. I’m not sure I’ll be back again.

My wife and I absolutely love the ice cream here. We’ve picked up multiple pints across several visits, and every one has been fantastic. “Puttin on the Ritz” in particular is a standout.
That said, I can’t ignore the service we’ve experienced at the main store. On our first visit, there were only a couple of people ahead of us, but we noticed the customers before us were met with blank stares or very short, one-word answers when asking questions. When it was our turn, I had a quick question and received a similarly brief response, and there was no acknowledgment when I said thank you. We assumed it might’ve just been an off day and let it go.
On our second visit, the store was empty—we were the only customers. We ordered two small cups, and since we hadn’t tried some of the flavors, I asked for a sample. The reaction made it feel like I had asked for something unreasonable. Again, when I politely thanked the employee, there was no response.
I genuinely love the product and want to support local Grand Rapids businesses, but the service has given me pause about coming back. I hope this is something that can improve, because the ice cream itself is excellent.
Always loved the ice cream here, but the manager trachelle was absolutely rude to my my wife and I when ordering tonight. She snapped at my wife first and then me when I could not hear her ask a question. Typically I would brush off small interaction, but person next to me in line said she was the exact type of rude to them. Never thought I would say it, but won’t be back.
Great service, even on a busy evening, and awesome flavors to choose from! (salted carmel was a “get again”)
Delicious treats. Staff is always friendly. This place completely deserves the good reputation it has.
I usually avoid this place because it’s always the same worker with the same bad attitude that moves at the same snail’s pace. Every time I enter this ice cream shop (which I only did today because it’s too early in the season for others to be open) I feel like I’ve stepped into the twilight zone. The worker is so unhappy and rude and just ruins the whole happy experience of going to get ice cream. It is the same worker every single time. I also don’t understand or think the ice cream is worth seven dollars a scoop, and it is insane to ask me for a tip when all you’ve done is scowl at me and act like I’m an inconvenience to you. I swear they (the worker) acts like you are the worst person in the world for coming into the shop. There were 6 people in the shop and it was taking so long for 1 order that 2 people left lol. It’s not worth going here in my opinion.
