Every time my mother and I attend High Tea we enjoy it. We’ve had Mother’s Day celebrations here, birthdays, and just because we wanted to. We have met the owner of this establishment, and she is lovely. The sandwiches and teas are amazing. I particularly liked the cucumber dill and salmon finger sandwich! My mother and I highly recommend High Tea GR!
Hostess was extremely rude. The bread was stale and the “scones” were the size of a quarter. Apparently the jam is homemade … I would suggest another recipe because jam is not supposed to be liquid. No cream on the table, we had to ask for water and a tea strainer. Two of us ordered the same type of tea so they only brought out one pot for us to share; that would have been fine if the server came over to ask if we needed a refill. High Tea GR does not disappoint! We've visited several times and have always been greeted and served with kindness and care. Victorian Christmas was delightful and each detail in the food and decor was so lovingly planned. Thank you!
