The food and the teas were all great. The service and atmosphere, which should be a highlight with afternoon tea, was just ok. They literally brought out an industrial ladder into the middle of the room and started to take down decorations during our visit -- took away from the experience quite a bit! We never received hot water to add to our teapots, so the tea became cold and bitter. It was fine, but not worth the cost, and I won't be back.

We had a group of 10 for a bridal shower and it was a very lovely experience. Everybody was enjoying the sandwiches and the scones. we all tried different teas. There was much to enjoy and the atmosphere was just lovely.

My friend and I came in today and it was a fun experience and we were encouraged to leave a review, so here I am and I want to be honest. My friend and I had a very nice time, but there’s some work to be done here. Our waitress was sweet, but new and didn’t explain things well - it was confusing to order. My friend has a nut allergy which left her with no sweets to be able to enjoy which was disappointing. The sweets were very dry. I was surprised, with it being a Saturday,...
