So I placed my online order at 8:33pm. It gave an estimated 40 minute delivery time. It is not 10:11 pm, and it is still giving a status of on the road for my delivery. I’m sure the pizza will be cold if it ever arrives it states on multiple searches that this store is open until 11 pm, and even on their app that allowed me to place the order. Manager has poor understanding of customer service and purpose. Left phones 'un-hooked' to prevent nussaince of customer calls and "we get most of our orders online anyway" reason. Delivery took 1HR 20 mins, 12/7/19 (2 liter, Cheese Pizza and a side of Ranch) well over the 40 min quote via web portal - pizza was not hot.
