Too few staff for efficient customer service.
Was given a bit of pushback when I asked for a refund on online order that they couldn't fulfill, left standing around wondering what was happening after told I had to deal w it in the app, but the app directed me to the store.
Ultimately I received the refund w out any clarity or communication from the staff after about 5min of standing around.
