“Little Caesars makes the very best pretzel pizzas I have ever had!Pizza sauce gives me horrible heartburn. The pretzel pizza, with the cheese sauce instead of tomato pizza sauce, is the only pizza I can eat without having to worry about having acid reflux after.My husband and I absolutely love it! “Good pizza for what it is.
- Classic Pepperoni Pizza: About your standard Little Caesars pizza. There was a bit too much sauce, but that is typical. I worked at a pizza restaurant and when things get crazy, you just dip the ladle and not level it out completely. The coverage on most everything was good, but the one pictured had a bare spot without pepperoni toward the back. The other two were mainly fine, so just a fluke?
- Service: The order pick up machine was not working and labeled that it was not working. I had to ask for my pizzas at the front counter (I ordered through the app).
I am not sure if the one helping me was new. It seemed like it. He circled the store three times looking for something (my third pizza?) while holding two of my three pizzas. High turnover rate is common in fast food, so I am going to overlook this. I got my pizzas fine after all. HA HA!
- Atmosphere: Small little building dedicated to Little Caesars. Some locations are a part of a strip mall or something, but this was a nice change. They have a drive thru, which I did not use. This could be useful?
- Conclusion: I like this location and wish it wasn’t as far away from me, but I am glad I went out of my way to change things up.
Visited Wednesday at 6pm.
Parking: Dedicated parking lot with a fair amount of parking since there is no option to dine in. Most people are just stopping for a few minutes.“
“Ahh, Lil' Caesars...
You either love 'em or you hate 'em, there is no in-between. Now I love a good bargain, and since I'm fat you know I love my pizza. You would think combining these two things would result in the greatest thing since sliced bread. And while that fact is true, Lil' Caesars comes up juuuuuust a bit short. Like a hair short.
For speed, I'd give them a 15/10 if I could. There is no place else where I can walk in and grab a large pie and walk out within the span of a minute or so. The only caveat comes with the lack of menu choices. Only the bare minimum (cheese or pepperoni) are kept in stock for the quick grab and go. Otherwise you'll have to wait a minute. But even then It's no more than 10 minutes.
The service is, how do I put it nicely, lackluster. You're always gonna see new faces in there. Mostly kids that are fresh out of school, or just barely able to work. And the faces you don't see very often? Well those are the veterans of the pizza game. One wrong move could derail the whole train. I've seen it happen, more than once, unfortunately.
Atmosphere - Impatient. Simple as that.
But hang on cause I have one more little piece of information you may find interesting. The deep dish pizza is right on par with Jets pizza. They are essentially the exact same besides the tomato sauce used. Lil' Caesars sauce is sort of bland. So get those seasoning packets they give out. Makes a world of difference. Oh, one more thing. Don't order delivery from here or any location. Doordash are the delivery people and they double the price of everything.“
“I stopped to grab some hot n ready for pre superbowl. The gentleman was kind, efficient, and made me laugh. Making people laugh is important because you don't know their day or circumstances. Thank you sir at Little Ceasars on Eastern in Grand Rapids.“
“Just ran in to get some crazy bread and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The guy at the register(didn’t catch his name, my fault, a white guy with light colored hair, maybe in his mid 20’s) was so very polite, smiled and had personality. I originally only came in for a crazy combo but he upsold me. GREAT JOB!!!“
“Thought I had been to every location in the vicinity but stumbled upon this one when searching for closest to me at the time. Will definitely be making the drive to come back! So grateful for the Veterans Day lunch special offering but more importantly, it was made with care and attention to detail as with the remaining order. Toppings were plentiful and looked picturesque. So good, my picky-eating middle child even ate it AND asked for seconds.“
“Cheap pizza.
- Pepperoni Pizza - $7.29: Still a decent value. It is very cheap pizza.
This one had a very large crust and therefore a lot less cheese and topping surface area. I’ve bought from several locations in Grand Rapids and theirs had the smallest surface area of cheese and toppings so far.
There was one pizza with an empty area of pepperoni, but otherwise, it was well covered. It was warm and fairly delicious otherwise.
- Crazy Bread - $5: Mainly as expected. Soft and rich garlic flavor.
- Service: Minimal. The order was in a Pizza Portal (working this time). The Crazy Sauce was not with the order and I (AGAIN) had to ask for it. There was no one at the counter while two others were also waiting, but within a minute and a half they assisted me.
- Atmosphere: Small place, but decently clean.
- Conclusion: You cannot argue the price and value. Just be ready to deal with a few things and inconsistencies.
Picked up online order Thursday before 5pm.
Parking: Busy road. Avoid turning left by using National Ave SW and the other side roads.
If you use the Little Caesars app, don't use the Google Maps link they provide. It has you go next door.“
“We ordered a bacon crust pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. The first one was a little undercooked. When we contacted the store, they were super gracious and made a new one and the second pizza was absolutely perfect. They were busy catching up because they got slammed from the Michigan Michigan State game. I really appreciate how hard they were working And that they made the order great. Great customer service.“
