My favorite outdoor coffee spot in the city.
Nice space with plenty of greenery, shaded seating, hammocks, and heated igloos in the winter. When I was there, they were playing nice mellow music to neutralize the noise of the street. Service was great but its hard to feel seen by the baristas since they serve you from up in a van. Maybe they're attentive, but it didn't feel like they are.
