“I like Popeyes! Since the new owners took over about 2-3 years ago they are just not consistent. Instead of asking the customer, if they don't have a certain sauce the employee will throw ketchup, honey or hot sauce pkgs in the bag. Sometimes they don't pay total attention to what the customer is asking. Especially with the on line orders. Sometimes certain staff is rude. They have gotten better but can still use a little "customer service skills" training. All employees should be trained the same way.“
“My sandwich was dry the other day and they definitely made sure they got it right this time. It was so good! The food was fresh and they overcompensated when they were out of large macaroni by giving me three smalls. The only bad thing is they were out of lemonade but it didn't even matter it was delicious and I appreciated the meal.“
