“I like Popeyes! Since the new owners took over about 2-3 years ago they are just not consistent. Instead of asking the customer, if they don't have a certain sauce the employee will throw ketchup, honey or hot sauce pkgs in the bag. Sometimes they don't pay total attention to what the customer is asking. Especially with the on line orders. Sometimes certain staff is rude. They have gotten better but can still use a little "customer service skills" training. All employees should be trained the same way.“
“I have never been here in person before, but I have ordered delivery and whenever I call, the staff are so accommodating and nice. I again called just now at 9:04pm, June 17, 2025 and the young man who answered the phone was attentive and mannerly. And yes, I have to make a big deal of it because usually fast food workers are kinda mean (even though I understand why to be honest). So yh.. thanks Popeyes.“
