Based on the provided reviews, Rapid River Stillhouse is a very nice multilevel restaurant and bar with great food and beer. The atmosphere has been really great, and the rooftop bar offers a very nice view. The staff were really cool, and the service can be fantastic, with drinks arriving right away. The food is upscale, and the cocktails are strong. However, the experience can be inconsistent. The beef brisket dinner was not available on multiple occasions, and one visit found the BBQ seemed like pre-packaged food. The bites were ok but expensive for what you get. Service was a bit slow at times, and there were issues with non-alcoholic drinks needing to be asked for twice. The millennial decor is starting to get a bit dated, but the soundtracks playing were great. One unusual experience involved a hostess closely monitoring a group of customers, making them feel uncomfortable and irritated. While some visits are fantastic with great food like brisket pops and cornbread, others have led customers to decide it is not worth going back.
