Welcoming place. Kitschy decore. Great place to meet for business or pleasure. Just get there early to grab a seat.
By far the worst customer service I have received. I ordered a pour over coffee that took over 30 minutes to be made. When I asked why it took so long she said “because they take more time and focus to do, so we were serving the other customers” as if I was a paying customer myself. I won’t be returning.
I’ve gone there three times around 6:30 and it has not been open. Incredibly disappointing.
