It's a busy, high-energy sandwich shop. I came on a Monday close to 230pm. You walk up to the counter - know what you want or step to the side and see the offerings. I had to verbalize that I was new and had never been there before, and I was handed a menu. It felt a little rushed, but not in a rude way. There were two sides to sit, and I noticed one side had a very lively table, but the noise level carried through the shop. So I opted to seat myself far from them. You bus...
