I don't buy the food at starbucks, that's my choice because I've been exercising working out and walking eating right, but first time I've ever been to Starbucks was in Grand Rapids after Metro Vein Clinic very satisfied with Starbucks coffee I always thought it was too expensive but it's a good price and product compared to gas station coffee lot better rich and bold taste
Within the past year, the Starbucks at the Forest Hills Foods location has turned into a place that is welcoming and cheerful! Many times I've had the barista write a message on my cup "have a wonderful day", or taking a bit of time to chat. The new manager, Phoenix, is a true leader. Phoenix leads the team by showing them how to be friendly, even under pressure, always has a smile and a kind greeting, and takes the time to get to know his employees and customers....
Imagine your worst day ever.
The gals at this Starbucks turned my bad day into a better one. I know they were doing their jobs, but they treated me so well, I almost cried.
