Stopped on my way through Grand Rapids. I own a coffee shop so I asked for something that I couldn't get anywhere else. Had the recommended French Vietnamese Au Lait and a cinnamon scone. The scone was a little crumbly, but buttery and dense. The Vietnamese Au Lait was not overly sweet, but rather had the right amount of bite. What a beautiful dessert case. Definitely.Will make this a stop on future trips north.

I got the Rose Latte with Oatmilk ?Delicious!-Can get busy during peak hours, 8:30am is a sweet spot if you’re looking to go in the morning.-Recommend downloading the MOTU app prior to driving down/ parking ?️ makes things easier.-Don’t take Leonard street exit towards 6th street bridge if you hate skinny tight bridges. Otherwise it’s really a beautiful drive and the view of the bridge and from the bridge is enjoyable.

Sorry to leave a sour review but we drove in from Rockford to get the cinnamon rolls shown in their pictures and talked about in their reviews. Apparently they don't even have cinnamon rolls that look even close to this. They are little cracker cookie looking things. Was very disappointed. Please fix your Google!

Employees are very nice and the drinks and food are always delicious. Even if they are in the midst of a rush, the customer service is never lacking. Very good environment for studying or just to hangout.
Needed a place to get some laptop things done on a Friday afternoon. Wasn’t busy and I loved all the natural light. Tables were a little small for a work space, but I managed. They do have a shared high-top table that looked like it had so more space for working tho.The two girls working recommended Winter Blossom and it was amazing. You get a cup with a teapot (see pic)…lovedddd that experience. I think I got like 3 cups out of maybe and it was only like $5 or something!!!! What a steal.
sweetwaters is seriously a cup above any other coffee chain. their cold brew coffee is always smooth and never bitter or watered down, the house whipped cream is excellent, and their tea is better than any other coffee shop in the area.Parking: There is paid parking on the street during weekdays, as well as a paid parking lot located south across the street.

The quality of coffee seems to be the best. Bread is generally expensive. The atmosphere is very clean and nice. One thing that is disappointing is that I wish the employees would wear clean clothes while working. I am satisfied with the friendly service.

For an overpriced coffee: your customer service of your employees, especially your manager, NEEDS TO BE BETTER.Manager confirmed that I paid and didnt pick up my order yesterday- then proceeds to tell me I can’t have the drink made for me or refunded. I have been a customer of theirs for years, so I create an online account and regret tipping the team for something I never got.

Came in a bought a drink so I could get some waters for my son’s field trip. They were going to charge me for 4 bottled waters when I asked for cups of water. When I objected they said we could use the paper cups. Kinda figured if I’m gonna pay almost $5 for a drink they could help keep this group of kids hydrated..
