It’s always a pleasant experience in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff stays busy either working on orders or keeping the place immaculate. Today, Kaitlyn greeted me with her usual beaming smile and friendly demeanor. Regardless of who is working, I’m made to feel welcome. There are plenty of places to get coffee and sweets, but none have a staff like Sweetwaters. The staff is the reason this is my go to for coffee and sweets in Grand Rapids.
Sweetwaters is right next to the building I work in. I'm there every day. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Caitlyn, Anna, Viv, and really all the staff are very attentive and know my drink before I even need to order. It's a great spot for a quick work meeting or catching up with a friend.
Fantastic cafe with amazing coffee and terrific atmosphere and service! Right in the middle of downtown too! I got the dreamy cold brew and it was very good. My only tip is to order light ice because they filled my cup 3/4 ice which felt like a bit of a scam. However it is at a pretty good price and delicious!
