After traveling to Japan and living in California for a number of years, I’ve had some of the best ramen and I would say Noodlepig is nailing it and quickly became one of the best IMO. Amazing experience and authentic ramen. I would expect to see this place to be in a big city. They have a noodle room where you can see the magic all happen. Also love that they feed hungry kids with every bowl sold. Recently tried the mazemen (soupless ramen) and karaage chicken, also amazing!

Noodlepig Ramen and Boba Tea Shop offers amazing food with top notch service. The menu includes Chicken Shio with Shrimp Tempura, extra sprouts, J‑dog, Zessan, Chicken Sando XL with side of signature fries and butter noods, banana mallow, sonrisa and island boba. Many guests say the ramen and boba are 10/10 and the flavor is good, fantastic and full of flavor. The fries are crunchy, seasoned and a star. The atmosphere is nice, open and welcoming, clean and bright with an eco responsibility emphasis. Staff are kind, helpful and very patient, making the experience great for families, kids and friends. Prices are not so much for some guests, but the amount of food for $15 feels a lot. The broth is creamy, packed with flavor and the butter noods are pretty fantastic, think Japanese Alfredo with lemongrass hints. Service is amazing and everyone is nice. The setup is open and the floor can be a bit sticky but other than that the experience is great. The girl who took the order was very helpful and patient while they ordered boba for six people with lots of alterations because kids preferences. The Zessan is WOWSA! So much flavor packed into a creamy broth with ramen noods. Many say they will be back and recommend this place for a date or a dinner with friends.
