Taco Bell in Grand Rapids

“2026: we came to this location and had a very good experience. Our order was correct and came out in a decent amount of time. The eating area could have been cleaner, but they were surprisingly busy for mid-afternoon. So they were doing what they could. We would definitely come back here again.

2022: I do love taco bell but they need to read the order better at this location and make sure to get it right. The food was good but not entirely what I ordered.

Update: we tried going here again and it wasn't any better. They forgot to give us half of our food after we waited a long time inthe drive thru. I understand people can make mistakes but I have issues everytime at this location. The rice was crunchy too. Other than that, it was good and we do love Taco Bell in general. This location has room for improvement.“

“Love the hours and the service last time I went here dude at counter gave me and my freind a free drink not gonna drop any names because I dont want taco bell punishing there employees for breaking out of standards a multi million dollar company holds them under made my night and could tell that the young man was raised right and could see the good in other people“

“Always cool at the window. I love Taco Bell, however been cutting back on the fast food.

Something I've noticed at this location, the last few times I came through I ordered no sauce on the chicken quesadilla because that's how my daughter likes it and it ALWAYS has sauce. Other than that it has been on target.

“I've visited this Taco Bell location for the past 16 years. I've avoided making a review because I usually visit late at night, and the crew's service is variable for a multitude of obvious reasons. But tonight, they did something I've never experienced at the 6 other Taco Bell locations I've visited in the Grand Rapids area over the past 16 years. Without me asking, they put my order of fries in a smaller bag to keep them warm and prevent them from spilling into the larger bag with the rest of my order. This might seem small and trivial, but as someone who works in the hospitality industry into the late evenings, this made me appreciate the gesture and I appreciate this attention to detail. This seemed above and beyond what Taco Bell usually does, and I really appreciated it!“

“There are two specific workers here that I go out of my way for to see every morning before work! Elaine and Julius are the most pleasant, kind and warm people that have EVER graced this Taco Bell. They always have a smile, no matter what. And fast food isn’t an easy job, but they both make it look effortless. I love coming here as my food is perfect everyday, and they’re FAST!“

“Been coming here for 6 years and I've only had messed up/missing Items for my order twice. We only come to this location now but... Chalupa's were so hard that it broke into several pieces with the first bite, the rest ended up in my lap, the guy was very nice and gave us coupons for free tacos. If I'm in a pinch and need a meal this is my go to.

“Coming back from lollapalooza at midnight having few options to eat taco bell provided the absolute divine power we needed to make the drive back. After not eating all day, a steak grilled cheese burrito with hot sauce hits like no other. Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water. I might just go back today!“
