“Yes it’s Taco Bell. But honestly we have been going to this specific location for a few years now and the staff are always friendly and the food has rarely let us down. I thought it deserved a shoutout since it’s close to the highway and may be an alternative to other nearby locations“
“The front counter person asked us to use the kosick which wasn't a big deal except there were no other people in the place. Food came in adequate time although not exactly fast. It is a rare occasion to go fast food but basically was what you would expect.“
“Compared to other taco bells this stands out extraordinarily it is July 19th 2025 10:00pm no one in the drive through line and i was trying to get the app up and running to redeem points they were very chill about waiting for it to load up they told me to pull to the next window and I felt scared like I was gonna get interogated or something but no just very gentle jolly employees all standing there with a smile on their face they helped us out so much and I don't know if this was out of their hearts or something but we received free little churro bite things plus I haven't eaten at Taco Bell in for ever and holy moly I'll be back big props to the guy who had a smile on his face to help me with the app absolute hero it really stands out to me when a restaurant goes out of their way to have a smile on their face a good attitude and get the job done W night“
“There are two specific workers here that I go out of my way for to see every morning before work! Elaine and Julius are the most pleasant, kind and warm people that have EVER graced this Taco Bell. They always have a smile, no matter what. And fast food isn’t an easy job, but they both make it look effortless. I love coming here as my food is perfect everyday, and they’re FAST!“

“First time going was fantastic 5 out of 5 stars the second time around was a little different. I ordered 2 luxe boxes and a few other items I was asked what to drink for the drinks I answered Baja blast. I go up to the window and pay everything is fine even at that time. I pay and go to the next window I get my bag full of food and then get handed 1 drink. And I'm like hold on I purchased 2 luxe boxes not one why am I only getting one drink. After a bit of back and forth since for some reason the second drink wasn't added to begin with even though I clearly ordered 2 boxes.he finally gives up and gives me the drink. It's not like I didn't pay for the two boxes. He was making it seem like I was trying to steal extra food.“

My friend and I had decided to dine-in. We ordered at the kiosk and he recorded his name on the kiosk for staff to know whose name to call when our order was complete. My friend chose a seat at a booth in the clean dining area while I used the clean, stocked, women's restroom. When I was finished using the women's restroom I took a seat with my friend at our booth in the dining area. Not too long after I had sat down his named was called to retrieve our drink cups. We then each went to fill our empty, refillable drink cups that my friend had purchased. I had ordered a small diet Pepsi. My friend ordered a large Baja Blast. Due to the fact that the dining soda fountain Diet Pepsi Syrup needed to be refilled, I decided to substitute my small Diet Pepsi for Gatorade (red?) and I also chose to alert the staff (who must have been focused on prioritizing the drive-thru) of the need to refill the Diet Pepsi Syrup (it should have been obvious that I was referring to the Diet Pepsi Syrup in the dining area fountain machine as I was not in uniform, am not employed by Taco Bell, and even the cameras do show that I did not go into any employee areas of this Taco Bell on Leonard Ave NE just east of Diamond Ave, in Grand Rapids, MI on the south side of Leonard Ave. It took quite awhile for us to receive the food that my friend had ordered for us but the young female manager who had been running the drive-thru came to our booth after running someone else's order out to their vehicle and asked for the name on our order. She then went back to being the manager that she is more than qualified to be as we waited for her staff to follow her directions. We are, we left our area clean, we threw away our trash, I refilled my red Gatorade, my friend used the men's restroom, and we left. We left. Not without my having noticed a number of men and women wearing Taco Bell uniforms exiting the women's restroom including a young blonde woman who I don't think had a uniform shirt on who then sat in the dining room at a high top with some other people while the manager continued to maintain her composure at the drive-thru as the only policy compliant employee on staff as scheduled and/or as a uniform representing staff member of Taco Bell. The only reason your manager isn't receiving five stars is because she is in charge of managing her very disrespectful staff and that includes the EXTREMELY disrespectful blonde girl in the black shirt with an illegible white logo who took the party to the women's restroom and then probably destroyed the clean, neat, tidy, organized atmosphere that her HIGHLY SKILLED AND DETERMINED MANAGER is being shorted one star for.

“I usually always have an issue with this location, went there last night. Every single thing in my order was wrong including a hair in one of our taco’s.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I finally decided to call the store because I’m so tired of getting shitty food from this location.
The supervisor I spoke with was very kind and apologetic and offered me to come in the next day to either have it remade or get a full refund. I went in the next day and he remade my whole order with no hesitation. Great customer service.“
