I've visited this Taco Bell location for the past 16 years. I've avoided making a review because I usually visit late at night, and the crew's service is variable for a multitude of obvious reasons. But tonight, they did something I've never experienced at the 6 other Taco Bell locations I've visited in the Grand Rapids area over the past 16 years. Without me asking, they put my order of fries in a smaller bag to keep them warm and prevent them from spilling...
The best customer service of any taco bell in the area. Even if they make a mistake or you have to wait they will try to make it right. Also, for whatever reason their tacos are just better than other locations. As a broke vegetarian this is my goto place.
This Taco Bell experience was nothing short of legendary. I walked in with a simple plan, and somehow left feeling like I’d just unlocked one of the greatest fast-food meals ever created. The Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito is honestly a masterpiece hiding in plain sight. It doesn’t try to be flashy. It doesn’t need to. It just delivers.
