Been coming here for 6 years and I've only had messed up/missing Items for my order twice. We only come to this location now but... Chalupa's were so hard that it broke into several pieces with the first bite, the rest ended up in my lap, the guy was very nice and gave us coupons for free tacos. Crew seemed stressed - a group of about 30 people were leaving when we got there

Sometimes this Taco Bell delivers solid food, but once they royally messed up my online order, and other times they incessantly try to upsell me drinks.
I AM DONE WITH MY ORDER, I DO NOT WANT DRINKS STOP ARGUING WITH ME OR WE CAN MAKE THIS A 1 STAR REVIEW.

Compared to other taco bells this stands out extraordinarily it is July 19th 2025 10:00pm no one in the drive through line and i was trying to get the app up and running to redeem points they were very chill about waiting for it to load up they told me to pull to the next window and I felt scared like I was gonna get interogated or something but no just very gentle jolly employees all standing there with a smile on their face they helped us out so much and I don't know if...
