This place should be packed open to close, it is legitimately some of the best food. NOT just Latino food. Some of the best food I've had. Al Pastor quesadilla is insane. So much flavor, get the spicy sauces and pickled veggies. The inside is cool, pink everything but still tasteful.
Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. A true hidden gem in West Michigan. Best al pastor in all of Grand Rapids, it does not get more authentic than how they prepare it at Taquero Mucho. Everything on the menu was excellent and served with appeitizing and clean presentation. The pink interior and vibes is so much fun, but don't let it distract you -- people come here because they want the best Mexican food in Grand Rapids, not because they want Instagram selfies.
My boyfriend and I went here because we heard good reviews and the fact that the entire place is pink. The waitress/cashier was very attentive and friendly and the staff were all nice to us. The birria I had was one of the best birria in Grand Rapids and the green and red sauces actually had spice (which we were looking for, this place definitely uses real and authentic spices and seasonings). Recommended this place to as many people as I could!
