Believe it or not I had never been to a Tim Horton’s before. I was visiting from NE and had heard how great the coffee was so we stopped in for breakfast. Everything was great. The service was fast and the apple fritter was delicious. But I especially appreciated the friendly service we received from the young man working the cash register. I am pretty sure his name was James. What an asset to your organization.
