I love getting my morning smoothie here at the Michigan Ave location twice a week. I come at the same time every visit — between 7:00 and 7:05am. This morning, however, I watched the employee walk in at 7:01, and she told me a couple minutes later over the drive-thru speaker that they were not open yet. I asked if they were just opening late this morning, and she didn’t say anything for a minute and then said they weren’t. I then asked what time they would open since Google...
