“This is one of my favorite places to go for Teriyaki Chicken. Made fresh infront of you or while you wait at a table, this food is Hot and Delicious! With great sides and sauces it is hard to go wrong here. They even have an option for extra chicken with your order for a small additional fee and it is well filling! “The black pepper chicken from here is likely my favorite food in the whole food. I’ve tried to replicate the recipe and i cannot.The general tso chicken is also great, orange chicken is pretty good too.Their fried rice and wontons are bomb.“
“First time here last night and the overall experience was great! The food was excellent, even though they were short staffed everything came out pretty fast. The waitress was very polite in helping us out with the menu and our kids loved the food as well. Will definitely be going back ?“
“Delicious lunch and good timing on the service.We saw the other great reviews on yelp, and decided to skip panera (next door) and try Jaku.we ordered the crunch, munch burrito and the burrito with bacon, tuna and mango in it. The gyoza especially delicious… Crispy the outside, and a delicious filling with the sweet eel sauce on the side. we also shared edamame and had a spicy California roll and the almond joy roll.We did not have to wait very long for the food even though every table in the restaurant was filled. It’s a small place that had very niceWe brought our 80 yr parents to the restaurant and they enjoyed the edamame, gyoza & sushi very much. The ginger had a bit of a kick, which they declined to try, but we loved.we ended up bringing 2 halves of the burritos home for dinner leftovers. “I've lived in a lot of different places. They all have crappy buffets in common. Though there is no unique dishes here, they execute everything fairly well. All staff, including hibachi grill are very friendly. Will be coming here often.Update: *Still my go-to buffet for the area. I would love it if they had steam bun desserts, but that's my preference.Late lunch hours aren't great, but that's too be expected at a buffet during that time. Still, the staff are accommodating and understanding.Kid-friendliness: Proportionate kid prices by age group.“
“Maru is my favorite spot to get sushi here in GR! It is always a treat to dine in or order out. If I'm really hungry I normally order 2 rolls (it's never an issue to have some leftovers for myself..). On a regular day with friends some starters and 1 roll will usually suffice for me! My favorite starters are the fire cracker shrimp and the spicy fried tofu. Also they have great deals throughout the week that I need to capitalize on more often - such as the "Tiger Tuesdays" with $12 Crouching Tiger rolls!!“
“We ate just after lunch hour, our server was very attentive, kept our waters full, gave us the sauces we asked for or needed for our egg rolls, and our two entries. Our dishes were excellent in taste, and presentation as well late this summer. We will be back the next time we are on the southwest side of town, which will be on 01/23/2024 for lunch. “Great prices, good food. I got the 6 wing combo with 1 piece tilapia fries and a drink. Also a side of chicken fried rice. The honey bbq wings were delicious ? I wish the fish was a little more crispy but overall over pretty by good. Service was friendly and quick“
“We went for a late lunch at 2:30 pm.The mussels looked dirty and had green shells. The peanut chicken was so dry and overcooked that it had the texture of cardboard. There was very little peanut sauce in the peanut chicken chaffing dish. I dont know who did the cooking today, but everything was dry and overcooked. The coconut shrimp was 99% noodles. Very dissatisfied with the food quality today.“
“This is a family owned restaurant I love the food from this place, great taste great price, when ordering ether online or over the phone the wait is 15 min, I tried other Chinese restaurants before but so far I like the food here, I am a very sensitive person when it comes to MSG on food and so far this place has my ? the food is fresh made to the order, there is no dine in it’s all takeout food, so if you are going to work and need lunch this is the place to order lunch from!If this place ever closes its doors it’s going to be really hard for me to find another place this good “
