Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a JJ's. No 'Hello' when entering, a half-asleep employee wandered up to the counter eventually, then proceeded to be less than helpful when my 8 (that's right, eight) year old ordered by saying he 'would please like lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cheese' instead of giving a sandwich number first. Monday night on Jan. 19 2015, I went into to buy 3 pickles nothing big when the 3 male employees sexual harassed me asking me "what was I going to do with those pickles." Of coarse eat them DUH and the employee in the back shouts out "pleasure herself". What the hell I came in just to buy food not get harassed. This was my first time in the store and also my last.. If I could give it ZERO stars I would but one star is required.
The closest Jimmy John's to my father's (Next to Grandville High School) is only 1.4 miles (4 minute drive) away from my father. Oh, it gets better. If you know Grandville, there is a three way stop just past the high school. They will take a left to deliver, but not right (which is where my father is). Big cooperation on the higher level, change your zoning, that is ridiculous. Going to lose some loyal customers, because I can say this, you're losing this one. Maybe I'll switch...read full review
