Placed order using their app for delivery, and was informed by staff when I called to inquire why it was taking so long. that I needed to arrange with door dash to have it delivered.
Definitely won't order again using their app.
worst lunch ever at Panera. my husbands grilled cheese was too much bread. had burnt cheese.
disagree that its "new and improved". I asked for 10 veg soup. it tasted and looked like veg beef. I've had 10 veg soup many times and loved it. this was very different. my modern caprese was over grilled making the bread very hard to bite into. had sundried tomatoes, I thought it would have fresh tomatoes. overall, disappointing. not with wearing a mask....
