“This place is amazing with delicious food & drinks, fair prices, and the environment is as welcoming, professional, and friendly as any dive bar can get. No complaints there.

However, I unfortunately have to take 1 star away for the long wait times on the food...at least for now until that's improved upon in the future. That's where API really falls short in my opinion, especially when ordering takeout. This is never a problem with drinks or the bar experience, which is where this place truly shines and what keeps me coming back as a regular, since I can at least enjoy a couple beers, shots, or cocktails while waiting to eat; and they got Faygo for you if it's not your drinking day. But it does not take too long to be acknowledged by a server.

It's also very loud in there even when it's mildly busy, which can easily cause bigger orders to get skipped over, misheard, or messed up. I can't really hold that against anyone since that is not in anyone's control as far as I know, but just be sure to make your orders loud and clear with the servers.

I could honestly care less about the cash-only restriction I hear about. Even if cards are supported now or eventually, I'd still advise carrying cash as the smart play and the ATM is your friend regardless.“

We didn’t see the gluten-free option on the menu, but we called and they had the option. It was an extra five dollars for the gluten-free crust, but they could make any of the pizzas gluten-free.(size small)

“This place is very clean every thing in the store is brand new. There is mo dine in seating this pizza place is take out only. I highly recommend their deep dish specialty pizzas. “We normally order from the one in Detroit (Cass) And they informed us that there was this location that was closer to our house so we decided to give it a try yesterday. We ordered the 24 inch deep dish square half pepperoni and half all meat and we also ordered the rib tips dinner. It didn’t take very long to pick up, About 20 minutes and they were ready, When I got there, they gave us a Chicken Alfredo pizza to try. All the food was delicious the Crust was thick and crunchy, The pizza was very fresh and the chicken Alfredo pizza was amazing! I shared my rib tips dinner with my family and everybody enjoyed it as well. We will totally be going back for some more delicious pizza soon.“

I thought it was really good. The toppings were fresh and the crust had kind of a chewy crunch. It was almost a combination of Mickeys pizza in Lincoln Park and Old Franks Pizza in Wyandotte, for those of you that remember.

It took quite a while for it to be delivered. Also, it has taken a while when I've picked up for doordash. They are a busy place though. So I understand.
