A couple people stood out a woman with glasses was so respectful and responsive when taking my order over the phone. As I walked in I was greated with a smile and a gentleman with blue hair, excellent customer service, and really knew how to speak. He helped my wife before with a messed up order and was the same way so I knew it was genuine.Made me feel great about being a customer, and have also informed family and friends about the gesture. It's on Library Street so there is not a ton of traffic. Parking in the Z Garage right around the corner is convenient and you can scan a QR code in the restaurant lobby to get your parking validated.“

“I can't believe I never tried this place before today (especially cuz it's right down the road from our favorite ice cream place). The small antipasto salad was HUGE, fresh, and loaded with all the good stuff. They make their own dressing(which is delicious), and give you a generous portion of their homemade garlic bread with it. The cheesy bread was perfect, too. I can't wait to go back and get their pizza. They have a drive thru to pick up and the man at the window was extremely nice and pleasant. A+ food and service.“

“Since moving to Warren I pass by Lisa Tori’s all the time when grocery shopping, always making a mental note of “I should try that place”. Today, I tried the breakfast pizza (small [6 slices], square, half sausage half bacon, with gravy), and it was amazing!! I regret not trying this place sooner. The meats were nice and crispy, the dough was well cooked and not too greasy, had a good amount of cheese and eggs. I look forward to ordering from here again!“
