A couple people stood out a woman with glasses was so respectful and responsive when taking my order over the phone. As I walked in I was greated with a smile and a gentleman with blue hair, excellent customer service, and really knew how to speak. He helped my wife before with a messed up order and was the same way so I knew it was genuine.Made me feel great about being a customer, and have also informed family and friends about the gesture. The environment is laid back, easy & chill. And the view is spectacular on Michigan Ave. Grabbing a seat at the bar—no problem! You’ll be dazzled by the large selection of craft cocktails—that’s a view in it self! It tends to get crowded quick, so calling ahead or beating the crown is suggested but it’s sooo worth it. “We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 people at Sheilds in Detroit and it was the best experience ever! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so awesome!!! When we got there everything was set up for us and they were very welcoming. The manager Jason was great, and had everything running smoothly. The wait staff…shout out to L & D we’re phenomenal!
