“I was so ecstatic to stumble upon the Secreto Bar website and find a box of Casa Fuentes for MSRP no less. I’ve been hunting for these cigars for awhile after sampling a few from my local cigar shop. Secreto also included a very nice Arturo Fuente ashtray with the cigar purchase which further sweetened the deal. I’m a huge fan of Arturo Fuente and I will definitely be back to this site given the great selection of cigars.“

“I grew up a few blocks away from this bar.
My uncle and one of my oldest friends frequented here over the years and I always wanted to visit.
I finally did and I must say they didn’t disappoint!
I’m actually mad at myself for taking so long to finally stop in.
A very welcoming crowd as well as staff was all I needed for me to determine I’ll be back.
The drinks were A1 as well as the music!

“I have 3 stars because I had to get the waitress attention after sitting at the for 20 minutes. Then it took another 15 minutes just to take my order. When the food finally came it just okay nothing to brag about. If I go back I won't order lamb chops again. The Hip Hop Bingo was fun. I enjoyed the music and dancing.“

“Not sure how I missed rating The Bosco but think of it like Mr. B’s of Royal Oak (back in 2019) but in Ferndale. Hip hop/ some R&B… overall a great time. Their liquor offerings may be a bit limiting at times but it seems like they are improving over the years. Also know that usually you are able to find a deal with them on the Eventbrite app and if not cover is $20 after a certain time. Overall, 8/10.“

“My sisters and I needed a quick bite before attending a concert. I am not sure if it’s normal for the restaurant to only have a few servers available, but it took a short wait to be helped though there weren’t many people in at the time. Patricia was a great server on the other hand. Once we were helped everything went smooth from there on. I had a wonderful lemon drop and we all enjoyed quick meal.“

“Im new to the Grady Gang... Been bartending for a few months now. Great customers and friends to keep company. Karaoke on Thursday nights start at 9pm with Corona specials for $2.50. I been told I make a great Burger, special comes with fries and a Draft for only $7 before 6pm. Try your luck with our Keno and lotto. We also have pool table and darts to keep you entertained!!“

“The meads are a constantly rotating selection so if you see something you think you might like...get it! It may not be there next time. The service is excellent and the whole experience is very casual. Trivia Nights are great (and loud). There is often a food truck outside during events. This is important as the only food served to ends to be bags of gourmet pretzels.“

“Sunday bingo night the only thing I didn't like was the guy was going around recording everyone so I turned my head and when I did he got closer with the camera I hate when ppl try to force someone to interact while they have a camera in their face but I know people don't respect others privacy or wishes so if I would have said get the camera out of my gave it would have been a big deal“

“I hosted a work reception for 35 people and Whisky Parlor was the perfect choice. The appetizer menu is large and varied, and the food was delicious. The bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable and they took great care of our group. The drinks were fresh and delicious and staff were incredibly attentive to our needs.

The space itself is fantastic, with kind of a modern urban warehouse vibe, with exposed brick and great woodwork. It's spacious enough to hold a large group and it's set with several groupings of both hard and soft furniture that makes it easy to gather in smaller groups. A huge bonus is that it's a private space on the 2nd floor and it has it's own private entrance off the street.

I highly recommend Whisky Parlor for special occasions, or just a great spot to hang out with friends.“

Food:
I ordered fried rice and blueberry lamb chops. They rice was so good and very flavorful. If you like rice you'll probably love these. The Lambchops were ok. I should have gotten them well done but this was my first time getting lamb chops. They were medium well and this probably made them ok and not off the bone good to me.
I also tried their Yes, Chef whiskey drink. It was too good not to order two.

Service:
The service was cool and the staff were awesome. They were very attentive to our table. While the conversation was rolling the drinks were flowing and that's how it should be.

Atmosphere:
The place was beautiful and the chairs were comfortable. A little difficult to move at times but once your down it's all good. The music was a little loud and it did make it a little difficult to talk.

Overall, I'd come here for the drinks and appetizers. If you like this review drop a thumb.“

“Louie’s was incredible! Celebrated a birthday over the weekend and had the best time! We made reservations and were sat within 2 minutes of arriving! Our server Oliver was very attentive and friendly. The timing of our food was perfectly spaced out. We started with the calamari (delicious), and both had a cup of the chicken and rice soup (so good with a bit of a kick). For main meal we had pork chops (zip sauce paired perfectly) and salmon! Generous portion sizes as the pork chops came with 2 pieces. Their signature manhattan was also good. One of the managers came over as we dined to check in and was very kind. If you’d like a more private / quiet area ask for upstairs! Downstairs was also great at the bar. Super cool looking inside. We will definitely be back, we have our eye on the key lime pie for dessert 😋“

“We randomly walked in before the Thanksgiving day parade just to warm up and grab a drink. Before we knew it we were welcomed with open arms to enjoy watching the parade from the giant enclosed and beautiful rooftop area! What an incredible view and experience! Thank you to the waitstaff and manager that worked the holiday!!!“

“Stopped here after dinner. It was free before 11:00 pm. The DJ was spinning and mixing with some nice house music, that was off the chain. The lounge set up along the wall, with the dance floor in the middle along with the open roof top, made for an amazing party vibe and dance atmosphere. Come with your dancing shoe.“
