“I had a great experience! I went on a Thursday evening; other patrons were cool and the service was stellar (all of the waitresses checked on my group and were sincere in doing so). The happy hour is excellent.

The food is just okay; the menu selection is too basic for the food to be mid. The potato skins were bland, mushy and scarce in toppings. The quesadilla was bland, undercooked (the cheese wasn’t fully melted and the peppers and onions were raw/not grilled at all). If a good menu is limited, then the few items offered should be top tier.

I’ll definitely go back. The service and happy hour are worthwhile!“

“I was visiting detroit with family I had the pleasure of hearing the polyester players perform it was such a great experience the food was fantastic the service was top tier the waitress we had was so pleasant and helpful it was a young lady we was there the evening of June 25, I will be returning I recommend this place a 10“

“I grew up a few blocks away from this bar.
My uncle and one of my oldest friends frequented here over the years and I always wanted to visit.
I finally did and I must say they didn’t disappoint!
I’m actually mad at myself for taking so long to finally stop in.
A very welcoming crowd as well as staff was all I needed for me to determine I’ll be back.
The drinks were A1 as well as the music!

“Thank you to the Freedom Center for saving us when we got stuck at the airport with a 6 month old for 9 hours longer than expected! The diapers you gave us were such a lifesaver and you helped calm my anxiety so much!!“

“I am so blessed to have this uso inside the airport by A gate 43. Its amazing that it is located inside so I dont have to go outside of security to use. Major blessing after almost 24 hours of travel back to the USA with gobs of delays all over. Thankful to me state side again ♡ Very comfy couches. Not crowded currently. 7pm Tuesday.“

“Very good buffet breakfast with omelet station. Only negative was waffles shouldn't be in steam dish ( they were tough to cut and edges hard) All the workers were very helpful and friendly. All genuine smiles and enjoy their jobs. Comfortable and safe atmosphere.“

“One of the best perks of having an AMEX platinum card. Having the luxury of comfy chairs and seating in less crowded areas is always nice before having to board a crowded plane. Food is plenty, although not my favorite. I love that they do have snacks that you can grab and take on the go as well. Also, there are so many different drink options to choose from. I didn’t know until recently that there are complementary alcohol drinks as well. The Wi-Fi is pretty decent. And the bathrooms are always pristine. I probably wouldn’t pay the $50 to go before my flight but definitely appreciate it as a perk with my AMEX Delta card.“

“My friends and I absolutely enjoyed dinner, meeting the chef, and learning about the delicious menu. We shared plates of Hurricane Shrimp, Enohma wings, Fried Green Tomatoes, Teriyaki Bourbon Chicken, Grilled Blueberry Lamb Chops, Mac and Cheese, Fried Rice, and finished with Warm Butter Cake, um-hum. “Sunday bingo night the only thing I didn't like was the guy was going around recording everyone so I turned my head and when I did he got closer with the camera I hate when ppl try to force someone to interact while they have a camera in their face but I know people don't respect others privacy or wishes so if I would have said get the camera out of my gave it would have been a big deal“

“We randomly walked in before the Thanksgiving day parade just to warm up and grab a drink. Before we knew it we were welcomed with open arms to enjoy watching the parade from the giant enclosed and beautiful rooftop area! What an incredible view and experience! Thank you to the waitstaff and manager that worked the holiday!!!“

“Louie’s was incredible! Celebrated a birthday over the weekend and had the best time! We made reservations and were sat within 2 minutes of arriving! Our server Oliver was very attentive and friendly. The timing of our food was perfectly spaced out. We started with the calamari (delicious), and both had a cup of the chicken and rice soup (so good with a bit of a kick). For main meal we had pork chops (zip sauce paired perfectly) and salmon! Generous portion sizes as the pork chops came with 2 pieces. Their signature manhattan was also good. One of the managers came over as we dined to check in and was very kind. If you’d like a more private / quiet area ask for upstairs! Downstairs was also great at the bar. Super cool looking inside. We will definitely be back, we have our eye on the key lime pie for dessert 😋“

“Exceptional service with waitress Jenelle and food was wonderful (catfish, greens, candied yams, dressing). The catfish was seasoned and fried to perfection, moist and meaty on inside and golden brown and crisp on outside. The decor is a little worn and needs refreshing but food and service certainly uplifts the experience.“
