I have been to the Sanctuary at least 50 times for metal and hardcore shows. Always had a great time and never had a problem. Sound is great and drinks are reasonably priced. I am bummed they are moving out of the Hamtramck location. Hopefully the new place is just as good.
Staff, drinks, sound and atmosphere are all top-notch. Travelled here a few times from Toronto and always have a great time.

I got double charged for my drink tab, not acceptable, but bartenders were very busy, brought it to their attention the next night, took a few weeks but got my refund. Much appreciated!!! Bands King 810, Tallah, Barefaced, and sandspit were stellar. Staff and sound are excellent.
