I just wanna say, it was my first time at this venue. Not only do I love the vibe of this place, the art, style, aesthetics, but I also think it’s a great small venue in general. I liked the table setups along the wall with the open dance floor. I have been to the Sanctuary at least 50 times for metal and hardcore shows. Always had a great time and never had a problem. Sound is great and drinks are reasonably priced. I am bummed they are moving out of the Hamtramck location. Hopefully the new place is just as good.
Staff, drinks, sound and atmosphere are all top-notch. Travelled here a few times from Toronto and always have a great time.
