Horrible wait times thru this drive thru they are nice when you get to the window tho
Was there last night around 7:20 after shopping at the mall. Nicest employees I've ever met. Super fast customer service. One gentleman in particular went out of his way for me because they didn't have the flavor of muffin I wanted.
The last time I went, I walked back out without ordering because I walked up to the cashier station and she did not greet me. I'm big on customer service and I don't believe I should have to speak first. I went yesterday and the drive-thru was cash only so I went in and the young man looked as if I asked a dumb question when I asked why could I use my card inside but not outside.
