“My husband and I frequent this Dairy Queen since we moved here this past year and it’s usually very good. However last night we went through the drive thru and my icecream tasted sour. It was awful and actually burned my throat (like there was cleaner or something in it) My husband called as soon as we got home to explain that there was something wrong with the chocolate icecream and the young man that answered said there has been something wrong with the chocolate soft serve all day. He then asked my husband for his name and phone number but before he could give it to him a woman took the phone and asked what was going on. My husband explained to her and she said give me your number and I will call my manager and call you back. We never received a call back. I’m very disappointed in the customer service with this last visit. We have frequented this place but to get sour soft serve and no return call is unexceptionable. I still have the burning sensation in my throat and a taste that I can not get out of my mouth the next day and I have brushed my teeth several times. What was in that icecream?!!!“
