Ordered on app. App said it would take 30 minutes so I waited to leave. 6 minutes later got a text my order was ready. Drove up there. 1 Asian lady actually working and 3 white kids sitting at a table goofing around on their phones. One just pointed and said your food’s over there. I ordered through the app. The email said that it was done and I went in to pick it up. They were getting swamped. The manager stepped in and finished up the order. They did not have enough teriyaki chicken. They made up for it with another menu item. The staff and the manager were extremely nice and helpful. The manager did extremely good service recovery.
