“I had a cup of their homemade seafood chowder which was tasty, and we also had an olive burger which was also good. Nice little neighborhood bar. Laid back friendly and attentive staff. Right on the main drag in Big Rapids.Parking: Parking lot on one side of the building and street parking on the other.“

“What a great place to stop on your way up north! Friendly and fast service, huge portions of homemade deliciousness, all at affordable prices. I cannot remember the last time my husband and I got out of a restaurant for under $20.00. They also offer free meals, and the option to provide a free meal to someone in need. Love this place!“

“Best food in the area I'd say. Prices are high but the portions are massive, especially for lunch. Food can be a bit heavy as well, I try to eat half and save half to go. Staff is great, atmosphere is great. Soup special is always good no matter what they make.“

“Love this place! The food is outstanding, the staff is delightful, and the view!? It’s of the Muskegon River, but you can’t beat that patio on a warm spring day!!! The serve all the drinks and have a plethora of beer options. I highly recommend!“

“Pretty slow for a Sunday. Service was great. Quick and timely. I got the Prime Rib Philly with beer battered fries. Very good. Philly meat, onion, peppers, mushrooms falling out of the sammich. Beer battered fries were nice and crispy. Over all very good.“

“On the road traveling for work and wanted lunch. I'm a Jeep guy, so of course I had to stop in. Love the grills mounted on the walls as their decor, and the Jeep pics. Staff are very friendly, kept my coffee full which always a plus. For the food, sammiches and burgers come with chips, pretty pricey upgrade to get fries instead ($5 basically). Next time I'm in the area, I'll for sure stop in. Jeep Life! Cheese Steak is pretty good. Hoogie roll is nice and soft. Good flavor.“

“Highly recommended!My husband and I stopped in for breakfast.... steak and eggs...OMG! Have you ever stopped mid-meal, sat back in your chair to take a deep breath and prepare to go back in? It's that good! Worth hurting yourself over! Breakfast burrito was awesome as well. I don't love gravy so the waitress suggested their red burrito sause on the side. Yup! Another home run!Waitress was great. Down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. A++“
