“We can’t say enough about this place! After reading reviews, we thought “why not” sweet mother it was absolutely THE best restaurant around! There is no place up north that compares with the breakfast! Outstanding fluffy, soft melt in your mouth biscuits with hot homemade creamy sausage gravy…. Eggs cooked to perfection and excellent, flavorful perfectly cooked sausage and bacon. The cinnamon rolls were to die for- warm and soft, pull apart- covered in just the right amount of homemade cream cheese frosting… and fresh in -season watermelon! The waffles looked outstanding, but I was so full I couldn’t try them- we are going back tomorrow! When we walked out everyone was so kind wishing us well! It’s a very clean place! Every staff member greeted us warmly… unlike so many other establishments around…and our coffee was always topped off. All of the patrons were smiling and kind- best atmosphere hands down in at least a 200 mile radius! Bravo to Dawns!!! ??????“

She was super sweet to our little one and took her time with us during our entire stay! We come every year when we are in Michigan and will continue to do so.“
“Fawn and Don have been running Brooks Corner for 3.5 years. It's my first visit after a weekend of canoeing and camping nearby. I've passed by but never stopped on previous trips but today felt like the day. I'm glad we did. Fawn runs the front of the house and John is the magician in the kitchen. We came for Sunday breakfast. Across six of us we tried many of the items with some of the best being Fawn's recommendations. All the griddle items were amazing, I've never seen a fluffier pancake in my life, it looked like it could be fake but it was amazing. Potatoes with peppers and onions were incredible. They could play the role of a main course, even for a dinner. But once of the best things we tried was the sausage gravy. It was so heavenly! We were told that there are some customers who purchase it in a five gallon bucket to take south for the winter. It's worth mentioning that everything here is made by scratch. And you can taste it! One other thing worth mentioning, they are open all year round, and on Thanksgiving last year they hosted a free thanksgiving dinner for the community serving nearly 100 people. This is destination dining here in Irons, Michigan at its best!!Kid-friendliness: My son Logan said he loved Fawn, the waitress, and he Loved the food.“
“Great value for your money. Cash only is important to realize. The atmosphere was so great. The food was ample portions and delicious. The Kozy is an alternative to eating at Caberfae. I especially enjoyed talking to several local gentlemen. Visiting places like this provide such valuable insights into the area. All you need to do is respect, and engage people. Highly recommended!! “The food is absolutely delicious the burger is real hamburger not some frozen patty I enjoyed the olive burger my husband enjoyed the mini tacos they were very fresh and hot very friendly staff clean atmosphere we love going there it's amazing prices well worth the trip and well worth the money. We will return. We spent a little over $20 for both our meals and we were very full.“
