We had a great time at Les Cheneaux Culinary School Restaurant! The appetizer was delicious with a wonderful combination of flavors. I had the pork loin, and the dish was scrumptious. I loved every bite! Our server Ariana was wonderful and attentive.
The staff was excellent. The ramen not so good. Maybe I'm spoiled having had amazing bowls in urban areas. The broth was thin with some smoke and spice but not full bodied . It needed more veggies and unami to round out the bowl. How would David Chang rate this ramen bowl ? My advice is to stay with what you know and do it well.

We had a tuna shareable, the mushroom pasta and flank steak. Topping it off was a cherry galette with sorghum ice cream.
The wine selections were good. We were able to order by the glass! The Michigan Sauvignon Blanc especially nice.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great service!
