Gladdys is very unqualified to be running this establishment. I called to ask why my estimated delivery time went from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, and the girl on the phone was very anxious. I could hear the manager yelling at her about some nonsense, and instead of taking the call to explain the situation she shrugged it off and canceled my order. The food is always cold and wrong, overall this place needs new management asap.
Delivery time was quick. Food was hot. Good new choice for the area.
Upgrading from 2 stars to 3. The second go round was much better than my first which was delivered without an item I paid for and the pizza was not made well. My second order was accurate and the pizza was better prepared. They gave me the extra sauce and extra pepperoni, and it was well done as requested. The order took longer than expected but not substantially, and it was still hot when it arrived.
