“Ok so I work in wixom and the Starbucks I usually go to (on Beck road) is closed so I started going to the one in new Hudson and LET ME TELL YOU how much I love this location. To make things better, my favorite barista from the location on Beck, Rachel, is now working at this location. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, this pure hearted woman bought my coffee and wrote me a cute fricking note on my cup. I live nowhere near this location and although I work a few miles away, I will come to this location as long as I feel boujee and need my cold brew, which will probably be forever. “Fantastic!! First time visiting. Met a colleague for a working breakfast. Food was excellent - flavor, texture, temp, and presentation were all top notch. Service was excellent as well. The atmosphere was great - not too loud, with a constant buzz of enjoyment throughout (the seats were all filled - so clearly we weren’t the only ones who enjoy this location!). A shout-out to Travis the GM and Erikka our server. Erikka was attentive, patient, and on top of things the entire time. I can’t wait to return with my family!“

“One of the nicest locations I’ve been to in a long time. The indoor and outdoor seating is spectacular. It’s peaceful and calm. Staff is kind. Drive through is convenient. I loved that they don’t lock their bathroom doors like many locations these days.“

“I hope the right people see this, I go here almost everyday for coffee, before the pandemic and I continue to go now. I have watched them struggle with employees come and go. I believe her name is Cheryl, she's normally at the window in the morning, she is always working hard, helping new people, and making sure people get their stuff as quickly as possible. I hope that the workers that have stuck around, working extra hours, and dealing with rude impatient customers are taken care of. Given raises, praise, and let known they are appreciated. I for one am so great full for my morning coffee when I run out of time at home. Thank you for continuing to show up despite it all!! ❤️“

“This Dunkin’ is by far the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. I’m one of the regulars there now and everyone knows who I am as soon as I come through the drive through. It all first started with the lady with pink hair. She was always super kind and showed awesome customer service, then I met Ma-lay-na who also displayed patience and empathy. There are 2 other female workers there and I sadly don’t know their names, one has short darker hair and then the other is just really short and has her hair in a pony tail. These workers are also always kind and bring a smile to my face on some of my worst days coming from my work break for my daily Dunkin pick-me-up. These team members need to be recognized for their hard work and make me want to keep coming back to this location. A huge thank you to this particular franchise for caring about your customers and providing great food and service!!
