“Decided to give the Chain a try at their Hillsdale store. Oue order was taking efficiently, but it took close to 15 minutes to get our food. Staff was very approachable and accommodated.
We went back and ordered a side of fries, which unfortunately was a bit soggy.
They have a two sandwiches for $6 deal is going on right now, as well as two for $5 chicken wraps. Both selections were quite tasty.
Kid-friendliness: There are but a few options to choose for kids meals at a reasonable price.
Wheelchair accessibility: Both side doors are wheelchair accessible. The woman's bathroom was wheelchair accessible for the stalls, but the sink was way too tight to fit a wheelchair in there.“

“It was 14 degrees outside at 5:30 pm and they didn't have chili "up to temp" so I couldn't buy that. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup and pickle only, no cheese. it had cheese.....come on, it's not complicated !!! on the plus side. the fries were good and staff are friendly just don't go there with any expectations.“

“Just love the order ahead and pay app available for my smart phone. This allows me to walk right in, grab my ready food, and walk out in seconds. The app also allows me to earn points for every dollar i spend to use for free subs and discounts on future purchases. The app will show you the closest locations available and it works with each one ive tried so far. Great job Subway, you managed to make the place even better than it already was.“

“I love the staff at this location. My only complaint is that the drive-through line is sometimes complicated. I believe they are usually understaffed, making it harder on their employees than it should be. I truly appreciate the veggie burger options and sides other than fries.
Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is veggie“

“Many things have changed for the worse when it comes to chain restaurants, the Hillsdale Pizza Hut is the exception. Portion sizes are the same as they’ve always been (though the pan pizza is a tad thinner), and they all taste just as good- even the marinara sauce for the bread sticks. Service is good and the dining room is clean and well kept. Just need a jukebox pumping out Bon Jovi and Poison and it’s like being back in the 80s.“
