We stopped on a special day when they opened for our train tour. I appreciate them going the extra mile to serve this group in their day off.The team here asked us to order at the bar before being seated. I don't know if that is their normal process. My favorite place to go and have lunch or dinner.. my favorite ale is the blue berry cream ale beer... Very yummy...it is a place to go.... A lot of history about the build very interesting...They have trivia tonight.. axe throwing and other activities. Also can set and play board games and have a beer.

My wife and I have eaten here twice while on the FWRHS steam train trip layovers. Even though they were extremely busy both times due the large numbers of train passengers looking for lunch, I felt they handled the crush pretty well. Had the BBQ brisket sandwich both times, and REALLY liked it. Don't remember what the wife had, but she was pleased. Had another couple with us the first time, and they liked it too.
