7 Best Pizza Restaurants near Hillsdale

“Many things have changed for the worse when it comes to chain restaurants, the Hillsdale Pizza Hut is the exception. Portion sizes are the same as they’ve always been (though the pan pizza is a tad thinner), and they all taste just as good- even the marinara sauce for the bread sticks. Service is good and the dining room is clean and well kept. Just need a jukebox pumping out Bon Jovi and Poison and it’s like being back in the 80s.“

“Phenomenal food. The grinders are a toasted 18" sub and so tasty, made on homemade, fresh bread. The homemade pasta sauce has so much flavor, and the pizza is the perfect balance of pizza-y things. It's a simple shop, nothing fancy, but it's got some cool artwork and great waitstaff. We've never had a bad experience.

Kid-friendliness: They offer an 8" pizza for kids, as well as a grilled cheese sandwich and spaghetti. All drinks can come in small kid size glasses.“

“Apparently I was the first customer to get online take out from these cats recently. I hope more people in and around Hillsdale find out about this little gem. I'll admit this place is a little intimidating, and I'm not sure what's going on with Detroit style vs: Artisan as far as one for lunch, and other for dinner. I had the Detroit style, not really my go to.... but these guys knocked it out of the park. I hate stars for ratings but easy 8.1 out of 10. Wife and kids loved it. Hillsdale has an undisputed king of pizza, I'm not sure everyone knows it and it's not even close.“
