Had the best server--Keegan at the Holland, Michigan location. We asked for recommendations and he gave us great ones. He was friendly, personable, and attentive. This was a first-time visit. We were staying at the hotel and decided to give the restaurant a try.

Went twice during our stay. The first time was fine but the 2nd the food was horrible and the server did even notice we hadn't even eaten half of our entrees. The pizza crust tasted like freezer burn boboli :( and the wrap was boring and lacked flavor.
