Bliss Gluten Free Bakery And Café

Had been following Bliss Gluten-Free Bakery and Café on facebook for a while, and finally made the trek to Holland Mi to try it.

Bliss is an amazing gluten free bakery with a wonderfully overwhelming number of options. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and even provided little samples so we could taste test. The problem was —after tasting, I wanted everything!

Bliss has an option to order online and have items shipped. Thisnis great, but I definitely need to make another trip back when I can leisurely sip a coffee and enjoy some goodies in the cute cafe. not have to hop back on the road.

I literally wanted “one of each”, but settled on the very-necessary real-sugar cinnamon roll, a salted chocolate tart, a beautiful raspberry white chocolate scone, a blueberry donut, and a bacon cheddar scone.

All the items I got were “real sugar” and were beyond delicious in taste, and amazing texture for gluten free baked goods.

This is the best gluten free bakery I've been to in the country. It does cost a little bit more than most places but for once in awhile treat, this is the place. Tons of options for food and ships to anywhere in the US.

Finally got around to visiting. Been meaning to since they opened originally in Hamilton years ago. Gluten free cinnamon roll was nice craving to fill after smelling then at the fair! Lots of variety. Next time I'll try the savory styles like a bagel or something since they smelled delicious. Hope they will do gluten free version of a classic apple pie or pumpkin pie. I was rushing so not sure, but I would love a flakey cream cheese Danish! I think also have a kids cookie choice, like a large flat cookie with mini M&M's, wrapped with a tiny bow. Totally would love that. I will be back soon!

What a great little bakery I'm so glad I found Bliss The gluten-free pretzel was out of this world. The apple muffin maybe it was an apple cinnamon muffin I devoured the texture was perfection.. and the lady working behind the counter was such a delight and so helpful to the best of her ability. As she was not one of the bakers but answered all my questions about allergens and things included in each item so well.

What a great shop! Big seating area and friendly staff. I had the focaccia and a donut, took some cinnamon rolls home, then came back and got some bagels. All delicious. There are plenty of other options, so I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Ordered online to Texas and everything arrived as expected! So nice to have GF sourdough options. Their sourdough crackers especially are amazing!

This place is awesome! I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews unless a place/service is over the top. This place fits the bill in the best way. The staff are so very kind, patient and informative. They answered my many questions with grace, and were very engaging. The food - awesome! I am a vegetarian that has recently went sugar free keto and I missed out on so many things for a while there. I did a Google search and found them and they were so close, yet I didn't know they were there.

This place has a great amount of sugar free desserts, and there were many takes on all of my favorites. I have not been disappointed by anything we have had there and we have tried a lot! The prices may seem high to some, but as someone who bakes with the same ingredients when I (rarely) have the time, I can tell you the material costs to make these healthy specialty treats is higher than white flour and cane sugar. Their prices are exactly in line with making only a small profit from the delicious things they make. This establishment must be a labor of love, and I'm here for it.

Thanks to them I can have my keto/sugar free muffins, cakes (German Chocolate for my birthday), whoopee pies, coffee cakes, cheesecake, poundcake, dream bars - you name it. I'm not gluten free but much of the aforementioned is, and they have a lot of GF options including breads. Definitely give it a try.

Drove an extra hour and a half on our trip specifically to eat GF. Nothing on the website said they were closed, but there was a sign on the door when I arrived. Ruined my trip. Since their hours aren't kept updated, I suggest never coming here.

We went to Bliss for the first time last weekend, and the food was delicious….we bought cinnamon roll, almond cupcake, and almond frangipane. All were terrific. We ate them 2 days later when we arrived home. The cinnamon roll and cupcake were both warmed in the microwave. We will definitely go back again, next time we’re in Holland.

We are traveling and always have a hard time finding gluten free options, especially bakery items. We were so excited to find Bliss Bakery on our way. Amazing lemon bars and cinnamon rolls. The coffee was great too ☕️

It’s a cute little shop with friendly staff and amazing food! Their gluten free/dairy free cinnamon rolls are so delightful! I bring treats to my family from out of town, every time they visit, and they have said they wish there was a bakery by them that had a celiac safe menu that tasted this good! We also had their cheesecake and other goodies, with the same outcome!

The best gluten free cinnamon rolls we have ever had! Also tried a cupcake that was sugar free and it was also fantastic! Can’t wait to go back and try other items
