Taste of food was spectacular and authentic Puerto Rican. Food was fresh and beyond expectation with good portion size (1 plate fed 2 of us.) Bathroom is clean and had the comfy toiletries. Personalized service and great customer service going out of their way to make individuals comfortable.
My first time at Caribbean Sunrise. I was with my boyfriend and his mom. The food was delicious. I work in the restaurant industry as a server. I appreciated the attention to details that many restaurants overlook. My bf's mom was served her Puerto Rican coffee first, then me, then my bf. It's the correct steps of service. The owner was so personable. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Wife and I enjoyed brunch here Saturday. Her dish had marinated pork was delicious. My dish the corned beef mixed with sweet plantain was amazing. Soup full of flavor. Empanadas were on point. Small and newer but worth the hour drive. Today was cold outside. Definitely will go back and eat then to the beach or window shop downtown Holland.
