Other than when they've had staffing issues, it's a normal (or better than normal) Chipotle. I Karen'd the two times I had insanely long waits and got free entrees. There was a ridiculously giant catering order one time while they were short staffed. The other they had an employee with a medical emergency. So these both made sense to me as a reasonable person.

I mean, it's Chipotle, so you know how the food is just ok, nowadays. However, the staff seemed uncaring that the doors were broken and therefore stayed locked over an hour after they opened. We knocked a bunch and they just looked at us and kept doing whatever they were doing. Eventually, one staff member came and opened the door for us. After that, we all wondered what the hell they'd been doing before we came in, because half the ingredients weren't ready yet....

Good food but they never have iced tea. Why?

Update. Corporate asked me for a receipt. Geez just ask the store why they don’t make iced tea. Ain’t got time for that.
