Culver’s receives mixed feedback. One manager, known as Deen or D, made sure a customer and their fiance were well taken care of, creating a 10/10 experience and setting a standard others should follow. Another customer says Dee makes every visit better with a friendly, smiling, and helpful attitude, excellent customer service, and genuine care. A drive thru employee was friendly and helpful, and the food was still warm after a 17 minute drive home, made fresh and tasty. The food tasted great, like normal Culver’s, but one customer was disappointed by the small amount of ice cream in a kids meal and only 2 tiny pickles on the burger. Another had not had a great experience, noting a line around the building, customers waiting 15+ mins, understaffing, and one employee sampling custard and dodging orders. However, the lead in the kitchen showed excellent communication in a high stress and high conflict environment. Another waited more than 20 minutes, got a custard order wrong, and found the hamburger patty was pieces of leftover meat pushed together.
