Avoid this store. The kid will over charge you. Then argue with you, about what the sign says. While more worried about online orders. Then people standing there waiting. I was going to order 5 subs for the crew. Worthless establishment

Went there today for lunch service was good and friendy made sub good,they just need to fix and do something about the soda machine can't even get a fountain drink cause instead of soda coming it's mostly water coming out,and it's been that way for awhile too

Will NEVER give this location my business again!! Disrespectful employees who want to argue with the customers about what they ordered (I had a screenshot with what I ordered and paid for) not mention the only thing out of a pizza and 2 six inches the ONLY thing that was correct was the pizza. I don’t recommend pick up, I ordered my food at 7:40 and when I got there at 8 my order hadn’t even been started then I waiting an addition 15 to 20 minutes. I fully understand that mistakes happen but an employee shouldn’t be arguing with a customer and being nasty.

i will never go back to this subway you can not see how they make your food and you can not understand anything they say we go to two different subways in jackson and this one is the worst one by far we have been to this one before but it was not as bad like it was today any subway we go to all take our coupons even if they are expired but this one did not take our coupons we were looking at only spending about $13.00 for two but we had to spend $28.?? like i said we will never go back to this one again North Moscow rd

Menu has changed since the last time I was there, they didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted. They just went by what the menu says that the sandwich comes with. I know now that if I want something different that I need to inform them before they start making the sandwich. Also, I couldn't see them making the sandwich because of the way the setup is. Again, now I know.Total bill was about $14 for one foot long, no chips, no drinks.

This is more about the service than the food. The drink machines often don’t have a lot of flavoring in them and aren’t checked, so if you get a fountain drink, it might be basically water. I’ve gotten drinks that were only a little over half full too. My main criticism is that I get called ma’am excessively after almost every sentence from one of the workers, which even if I was a woman I’d find condescending…but I have a beard and am very much not a woman. More etiquette is required during training, sir and ma’am are outdated ways to greet strangers, and I especially don’t know anyone, woman or not, that likes being called ma’am, especially excessively. Not angry, just tired and hoping to see improvements here.
