I got all my food today 9/15/23 and i got cold fries and my buffalo sandwhich was so gross i couldnt eat it to the point they put so much sauce on it that it made my bottom bun soggy and made the chicken soggy it was like eating mush my first bite then when i called to tell them all i get is a fax tone after a few rings ive tried calling the number 6 times in the last 20 mins and i spent about 35 dollars on my food im very unsatisfied and might have to rethink my choices of where...read full review

Arby's always has the friendliest people working. Even during a rush. I go here often, yes my order has been messed up once, but the manager made it right. Great food & some deals.

Employee that took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich without the bread and he was so understanding. He even went in the back to make sure it was done right because they were a bit confused by the order.
