No matter how busy they are, when I've been to Culver's I've always received service with a smile. Keep up the good work!
They have not made an order correct in every single visit. No exaggeration .Today’s was a simple cheese burger with toppings. They give me a plain burger, I go in and tell them it’s wrong, to then again receive another wrong burger, I just take it this time bc it’s not even worth it anymore. And they just stare at you like deer in the headlights. The other order they make wrong every single time no matter how you order it or phrase it, is a chocolate shake with PB added....read full review
So my daughter has celiac disease which means she needs to eat gluten free so when we eat out at fast food restaurants we always stop and get her cheeseburgers and mashed potatoes from your establishment, since she can not have any other fast food besides Culver’s. I have also gone there in the past and ordered a couple gluten-free buns so if we were having burgers at home she loves your gluten-free buns that you have there.
