No matter how busy they are, when I've been to Culver's I've always received service with a smile. Keep up the good work!

Not sure where the issue is, but online ordering time estimates are wildly inaccurate in my experience - add 10 minutes to whatever it tells you and maybe your food will be ready.
Staff training is an issue - on a recent order, the person bringing the food had trouble carrying it all so set my drink on the ground while delivering food to another vehicle. Not appropriate.
Staff are generally friendly and food is generally fine but not great in my experience.
